Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested in the United States after British prosecutors approved 38 additional charges. The move brings the total number of UK charges against the brothers to 59. Andrew Tate faces 42 charges, including further allegations of rape, sex trafficking and offences involving indecent images of a child. Tristan Tate faces 17 charges, including rape and trafficking offences. Both brothers deny all the allegations, while prosecutors have started legal proceedings to extradite them.
