SocietySecurity officers to take on more complex traffic duties from next January

Licensed security officers who receive additional training will be allowed to handle more complex traffic management duties from next January. Their responsibilities will include deployments on major roads. The change is intended to help address manpower shortages. It is also expected to create better career opportunities in the security sector.
