PoliticsLIVE: Pentagon officials present Mexican Border Defense Medal

Pentagon officials presented the Mexican Border Defense Medal in Arlington, Virginia. The ceremony recognized 50 service members: 35 soldiers, 14 Marines and one sailor. According to a Pentagon statement, the recipients were honored for their contributions to Operation Ardent Vanguard and the mission to secure the U.S. southern border.
