HealthNovo sues Lilly over alleged misleading weight-loss drug advertising

Novo Nordisk has taken rival Eli Lilly to a US federal court over advertising for weight-loss medicines. The Danish drugmaker accuses Lilly of falsely claiming that its products outperform Novo’s drugs. The lawsuit adds a legal dispute to the companies’ competition in the weight-loss medicine market.
