WorldICC member states remove prosecutor Karim Khan by majority vote

Member states of the International Criminal Court voted by majority to dismiss chief prosecutor Karim Khan. He faces allegations that he sexually harassed a junior colleague, which he denies. Khan says the accusations are part of a campaign targeting him and the court after his investigation into Israeli officials and Israel’s actions in Gaza. His lawyer says Khan will challenge the dismissal.
