HealthOne in five patients achieves functional cure with new hepatitis B therapy

A new international trial is raising hopes for people living with chronic hepatitis B. The study, led by researchers from the National University Hospital, examines a treatment called bepirovirsen. CNA spoke with Professor Lim Seng Gee of the National University Health System to learn more about the therapy. The trial found that one in five patients achieved a functional cure.
