A new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that caffeine is part of the diet of nearly two-thirds of Americans ages 2 to 19. The report estimated that children consumed an average of 19.4 milligrams on a given day. CBS News medical correspondent Dr. Celine Gounder examines what that level of caffeine exposure could mean for their health.
