President Donald Trump says an agreement has been reached requiring Hamas to disarm, adding that Israel is “very happy” with the outcome. Trump also describes Iran as “very dishonest” and says he is losing confidence in negotiations. A bipartisan U.S. congressional delegation met Taiwan President Lai Ching-te in Taipei and voiced congressional support for Taiwan. Trump may also change his plan to have Ukraine produce Patriot missiles.
