WorldResident returns to the charred remains of his home after France wildfires

Matthieu Plessis drove through the French town of Le Porge on Thursday, July 23, while flames moved along both sides of the road. One week later, he went back to the site of his property, reduced to burned ruins. The wildfires destroyed his home, bicycle repair business, vehicles and tools, along with most of his personal belongings. The return showed the scale of what he had lost.
