SocietyNational Day Parade 2026: Indoor show debuts drones and record special effects

This year’s National Day Parade is moving indoors after months of preparation and technical planning. The programme will debut 300 drones, alongside the largest special-effects deployment and biggest lighting installation in the parade’s history. Teams from DSTA, the fireworks committee and the lighting crew have worked to balance innovation, safety and spectacle. Their coordination is intended to create an immersive audience experience while keeping every part of the show running smoothly.
