HealthSingapore opens first hospice partnership between public hospital and charity

Woodlands Hospice has opened in Singapore as a new integrated palliative-care facility. It brings together acute-hospital resources, hospice-care expertise and family support services under one roof. The centre is the first collaboration of its kind between Woodlands Hospital and Ren Ci Hospital. The partnership is intended to address rising demand for palliative care as the population ages.
