WorldCar bomb explodes in Colombia a day after president takes office

A car bomb exploded Saturday in southwestern Colombia, the army said, one day after conservative political newcomer Abelardo de la Espriella was sworn in as president. The army alleged that two dissident groups of the defunct FARC carried out the attack.
