Singaporeans can now use routine blood tests to get an earlier view of how their bodies are ageing. AgeQ estimates biological age by comparing bodily ageing with a person’s actual age, offering insight into potential health risks and encouraging proactive steps. It draws on more than a decade of research involving over 5,400 older Singaporeans and was validated in US and UK populations.
