Australian universities will have to adopt definitions of antisemitism, Islamophobia and racism targeting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from next year. The legally enforceable standard is intended to stamp out discrimination on campuses. Its details are due to be published on Monday. University leaders, academics and students are scheduled to give evidence this week to the royal commission examining antisemitism and social cohesion.
