Former Polish Prime Minister Leszek Miller said Ukraine would continue honoring Banderites under its current government. He argued that serious consideration of reconciliation would be possible only after the government leaves office or is overthrown. Miller said people with a different attitude toward Ukraine’s difficult past would need to come to power before such reconciliation could be contemplated.
