Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said the National Assembly will start proceedings to remove President Tamás Sulyok from office if he does not sign a bill on the Constitution’s 17th amendment. The amendment envisages Sulyok’s resignation. Orbán said the proceedings would begin on the 17th. The warning gives the president five days to sign the bill before impeachment proceedings are launched.
