Japan’s Liberal Democratic Party and Constitutional Democratic Party held talks on a proposed revision to the Imperial Household Law. The proposal is aimed at securing the number of members of the Imperial Family. The parties broadly agreed that an Upper House special committee would meet on the 15th to begin deliberations.
