Russia and Iran have welcomed what they describe as positive dynamics in their bilateral relations. Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilyov met Mohsen Paknejad, Iran’s oil minister and co-chair of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation. He also met Iranian Energy Minister Abbas Aliabadi. The meetings brought together officials responsible for energy, trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
