World'Coalition of the willing' to build shared European anti-ballistic programme
Ukraine and nine other countries, including the UK, Germany and France, have announced plans for a joint European protection programme against ballistic missiles. The commitment was made in a statement issued as the countries’ leaders met Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Paris. The programme is intended to draw on Kyiv’s experience during more than four years of resisting Russia’s full-scale invasion. The 10 nations said their goal was to create a shared ballistic missile defence capability for Europe.
