TechOpenAI may announce a ChatGPT smart speaker this year

OpenAI could announce its first device this year, according to a Bloomberg report. The product is reportedly a smart speaker designed to let users talk with ChatGPT. It apparently will not include a screen, instead relying on a camera and other sensors to “understand” its surroundings. The report follows Apple’s lawsuit against OpenAI, filed just days earlier and making accusations against the company.
