PoliticsPew poll finds Xi viewed more favourably than Trump worldwide

A new Pew Research Center poll finds that China receives more favourable views than the United States in 25 of the 36 countries and territories surveyed. Canada and Mexico are among the places where respondents view China more positively. The poll also finds that Xi Jinping is viewed more favourably than US President Donald Trump in 22 of the surveyed countries and territories. The findings compare public attitudes toward China and the United States, as well as their leaders.
