Zaporozhye Region Commissioner for Children’s Rights Yulia Sazhayeva said Ukrainian attacks had killed 21 children in the region since the special military operation began. Four died in a drone strike on recreation centers in Kirillovka, which killed 12 people and injured 19 civilians, according to regional officials. A terrorism case was opened.
