Russia’s Defense Ministry said Russian forces struck a container terminal at the port of Chernomorsk carrying military cargo for the Ukrainian army, as well as a bulk carrier south of Odessa transporting military cargo. The ministry said the attacks used sea-based precision weapons and combat drones.
