Police shot and killed Abdul Ballout after they say he rushed at officers with a knife in Spandau. He was suspected of an attack near Berlin’s Tiergarten during Christopher Street Day, when a van hit a crowd, killing one woman and injuring at least 29 people. Germany’s interior minister said evidence pointed to a likely Islamist terror attack.
