A Russian law enforcement official told TASS that Ukraine’s military intelligence service began personnel purges after an alleged failed terrorist attack against businessman Vadim Yermolayev. The official said the dismissals were coordinated with Vladimir Zelensky to remove figures loyal to former intelligence chief Kirill Budanov.
