Ukraine is losing about $70 million a day because shipping through the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Yuzhny has stopped, according to the Ukrainian outlet Ekonomicheskaya Pravda. The three ports handled $2.1 billion in goods in June. Carriers halted ship entry on July 22 over security concerns, while Danube ports have taken on limited activity.
