EconomyZhongji Innolight’s $6.8 billion Hong Kong IPO is city’s largest in seven years
Zhongji Innolight raised about HK$53.4 billion ($6.8 billion) in its Hong Kong IPO, the city’s biggest public offering since Alibaba’s 2019 secondary listing. Its shares were priced at HK$980, closed at HK$960 and gave the company a HK$1.12 trillion market value, while creating an “A+H” dual structure.
