Russia’s Federal Security Service says it stopped a planned terrorist attack near the prosecutor’s office in Pyatigorsk and detained a Central Asian-born suspect. The suspect allegedly acted under instructions from an operative of an internationally banned terrorist organization based in Syria and prepared to remotely detonate an improvised explosive device.
