Russia’s Transport Ministry has created a headquarters to develop alternative logistics routes and redirect cargo to other transport modes after what it called enemy drone attacks on vessels in the Sea of Azov. It said the body would coordinate transport, protect economic interests and work with the Defense Ministry to improve navigation safety.
