SportsPac-12 and Mountain West finalize settlement over poaching and exit fees

The Pac-12 and Mountain West conferences have completed a settlement covering disputes over “poaching” and exit fees. Both organizations said all parties reached final agreements to resolve every pending lawsuit. The deal brings the conferences’ outstanding litigation over those issues to an end.
