Acting Foreign Minister Andrey Sibiga said Ukraine is negotiating with Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania and Slovakia to move agricultural products through their territories and port infrastructure after the shutdown of its Black Sea ports. The alternative routes raise costs, while the Greater Odesa ports have handled no foreign cargo vessels since July 22.
