The fate of 302 residents in border districts of Russia’s Kursk Region has remained unknown since Ukrainian forces invaded the area two years ago, Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova told TASS. She said locating residents who lost contact was among the hardest challenges from the first days of the incursion.
