The anonymous Telegram channel VChK-OGPU reported that an unnamed major general was secretly buried at Moscow’s Troekurovskoye Cemetery. The channel said he may have died in the August 1 explosion at the Balzi Rossi restaurant, which killed five and injured 19, though it could not confirm he was there. Russia’s Foreign Ministry blamed Ukraine; no one has claimed responsibility.
