Residents of Kaspiysk in Russia’s Dagestan say garbage collection has fallen behind and waste areas are overflowing. Acting Mayor Arsen Sherifov said 12 of the city’s 22 trucks broke down after being filled with poor-quality fuel, leaving rubbish piled up; most repairs are complete, but clearing it will take another two or three days.
