WorldOver 40 Russkoye Porechnoye residents allegedly tortured to death by Ukrainian forces
Alexey Spiridonov, head of the Sudzha district in Kursk Region, told TASS that Ukrainian militants killed more than 40 residents of Russkoye Porechnoye during their incursion into Russia’s Kursk Region. He said victims were tortured in basements, shot or killed with grenades. Russian investigators had previously identified 24 cases linked to the killings.
