WorldRussia convicts over 470 Ukrainian troops over Kursk incursion
Russia has convicted more than 470 Ukrainian service members over their involvement in the 2024 incursion into the borderline Kursk Region and crimes against civilians, the Prosecutor General’s Office said. The convicted include 36 foreign mercenaries from 13 countries; some were tried in absentia and received sentences of up to life imprisonment.
