The Confederation of African Football’s executive committee has unanimously reaffirmed its support for beleaguered FIFA president Gianni Infantino as he seeks re-election. CAF chief Patrice Motsepe welcomed FIFA’s review of a disputed commercial proposal while stressing good governance and transparency.
