Russia’s FSB says it detained more than 20 people at crypto exchange offices in Moscow City and shut nine channels allegedly used by Ukrainian scam call centers to move money stolen from Russian citizens abroad. Interior Ministry investigators opened large-scale fraud cases. Some detainees said they had been deceived by people posing as FSB or financial-monitoring officials.
