Portugal’s Iuri Leitao won the eighth and final stage of the Tour of Magnificent Qinghai in a bunch sprint. Ecuador’s Jonathan Caicedo secured the overall title after the 146-kilometer ride from Xihaizhen to the Qinghai Lake Scenic Area.
