TechFord rolls out AI assistant for vehicle fuel, towing and service questions

Ford is introducing an AI assistant through its Ford and Lincoln mobile apps. Linked to each customer’s vehicle, it can answer questions about fuel levels, cargo and towing capacity, owner’s-manual information and future service needs. A voice version built into vehicles is planned for 2027, with a rollout targeting up to 8 million owners.
