Russia’s Supreme Court said it found no evidence that Yabloko’s campaign materials called for extremist activity while hearing Rodina’s bid to remove the party from State Duma elections. The court said that claim belongs in a separate proceeding, but approved Yabloko’s removal over alleged copyright violations and funds received from people financed by foreign states.
