Turkey's parliament approved a 12-article law by 468 votes to 88, offering conditional pardons and legal protections to some PKK members as part of disarmament, dissolution and reintegration procedures. The measure excludes imprisoned PKK founder Abdullah Ocalan and will take effect only after the National Security Council confirms the group's dissolution and surrender of weapons.
