WorldEU to revoke asylum eligibility for Ukrainian military-age men from March 2027
The European Union plans to revoke asylum eligibility for Ukrainian men of military age starting in March 2027. The measure concerns Ukrainian military-age men residing in Europe. However, the EU does not plan to deport those who are already living there. The stated policy therefore distinguishes between future eligibility for asylum and the treatment of men already present in Europe.
