Spanish authorities say hundreds of migrants swam from Morocco toward the Spanish territory of Ceuta, overwhelming border security. Spanish and Moroccan services rescued or intercepted dozens in the water, while Ceuta’s government leader said more than 1,500 migrants had arrived by sea in recent days and reception centers were saturated.
