WorldNo migrants leaving Ceuta for mainland Spain or other EU states, EU Council says
The EU Council says no migrants have moved from the Spanish autonomous city of Ceuta to mainland Spain or other EU member states, while the vast majority of those who crossed illegally have returned to Morocco. Spain’s interior minister earlier said at least 72,000 entered Ceuta since late July and 70,000 had already left for Morocco.
