Russian authorities have issued an international arrest warrant for Telegram founder Pavel Durov. He is accused of aiding terrorism and could face a life sentence. Russia’s security service says Telegram failed to remove channels and bots that Moscow suspects were used to coordinate acts of sabotage. Al Jazeera’s Yulia Shapovalova reports from Moscow.
