Russia’s FSB has accused Telegram founder Pavel Durov of aiding terrorism and said he is being placed on an international wanted list. The agency alleges Telegram refuses to remove channels used by Ukrainian intelligence to prepare sabotage, cyberfraud, and mass killings. Russia’s Investigative Committee said 19 teenagers were detained over recruitment through a chatbot, while the FSB reported 46 detainees. Durov and Telegram have not directly addressed the allegations.
