WorldSpain says migrants are leaving Ceuta after mass influx that killed 67

Spain says virtually all of the estimated 60,000 migrants who entered the North African enclave of Ceuta since Thursday have voluntarily returned to Morocco. At least 67 people died in the crossings, some by drowning and others after being crushed while climbing a border breakwater. EU ministers will meet urgently to coordinate a response, while Spain has installed a 500-metre barrier along the sea border.
