WorldEU calls emergency meeting to discuss Ceuta migrant crossings

The EU will hold emergency talks on Tuesday after about 60,000 migrants entered Spain’s enclave of Ceuta from Morocco. Twenty-two member states called for coordinated action and stronger external borders, while Spain condemned what it described as selfish, polarising and unlawful reactions from some governments.
