WorldEU to hold videoconference on Ceuta migrant crisis
The European Union will hold an extraordinary videoconference on Tuesday to discuss the migrant situation in Ceuta. Spain and a 22-country initiative led by Italy and Denmark are seeking a coordinated European response. Spain says at least 67 people died and more than 48,000 of nearly 50,000 arrivals returned to Morocco.
